As a solo parent, the joys and challenges were mine to carry. After months and months of sleepless nights, nursing to sleep, and bed sharing, I was beyond exhausted. We began working with a sleep consultant who helped us establish a consistent routine and a sleep plan that was aligned with my parenting values.

It was incredible to see my son put himself to sleep night after night and sleep longer stretches during his naps, which I never imagined was possible.

Since then, we have enjoyed many restful hours of sleep.  Our lives were truly changed and I knew this was something I had to share with other families out there.

It is my absolute passion to be able to utilize my clinical experience, my education, and personal experience to help other families acquire the happy sleep hours needed to be your best self.
